hello yes, 911 send me an aMBULANCE
I’m literally in tears right now. This would be so perfect and heartbreaking.
Made a thing cause i’m sick to death of this fandom
^all of this
I love this so much I could cry thank you for being balanced and saying it’s okay to hate Moffat while also defending the people that like him.
okay, no. let’s me tell you why I personally do not like Moffatt anymore. and let’s me be clear, I do not give a shit whether he made sexist joke, ageist joke, blow-job jokes because I am incapable of picking those up, I care only for the story. I hate him because his storytelling is terrible.
Okay, 1st, how did the Lizard woman know the doctor? And how is it that she is in England? As I remembered, her race was still in, well, coma underground. so how did she goes up to surface? there was no introduction. he just thrown that character in and expect us to just accept that she knows the doctor super well. And I thought River’s storyline is gonna be much more interesting when she was 1st introduced but no, her story is inconstant and illogical. He is a time traveler, but she is not. she doesnt have a mean to travel in time. so, she should have been dead after the doctor’s wedding since River told her mom that she was going to a library. But she was somehow still kicking around? I do not accept that. And you can’t just say timey-wimey-wobbly stuff.
And as for the “day of the doctor”, the Moment shouldnt have the ability to open up a time vortex that could make there doctors appear together. The timelords use a Matrix to have some version of themselves appear together with his or her current self but even will all that technology, the timelords could only sustain 2 incarnations at the time. The Moment is just a weapon of mass destruction with self-awareness not a freaking god of times. its job is to destroy. that is its purpose. maybe it could be so powerful that it could pass a punishment/ price for using it on the users but it shouldnt have learnt compassion already since no one has once use it before. The Moment logically shouldnt want to help ease the guilt of one man because let’s face it, the Doctor isnt that much of an importance time lord to the TimeLord society anyway being basing twice, recruited by rebellious factions, deserted from the war. The moment could evidently see the past and the future of its user, but why give it the ability to open the time vortex that could penetrate even time locked event? And what children on Gallifrey? The time lords no longer could produce sexually due to the Pythia’s curse (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Pythia). All “children” on Gallifrey was produced asexually using the technique called “looming” (http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/Loom) and the “children” was born as full grown adult. Maybe they are young mentally but still adult. The Doctor was born like this too. However, there are theories that he might be one the great 1st timelord who reincarnated into the 1st Doctor because he seem to have memory of a childhood and being born naturally (. So there is really no children on Gallifrey, shouldnt be anyway. So really, what children was on Gallifrey on the day of its fall. the answer is none. zero. That is one huge the plot hole.
I liked Moffat before the was the head writer. His story was much better then. I dont know whether the production want to sell more media on different media ( like comics, audios, or what) but this is just horrible story telling.
What do Doctor Who fans call themselves again? Whoville? Whooligans? Whoopi Goldberg?
We are Whovians, you ignorant twat.
no I’m pretty sure it’s Whookers
I would love to propose a new term: it is “WHO-THE-FUCK-DOES-MOFFAT-THINKS-HE-IS”.
Sometime I look at the world and secretly wish that someone “accidentally” release the mutated, highly resistant Spanish influenza virus and kill everyone.
two shows i love an irrational amount.
